If you've had matzo before, you probably think it tastes like cardboard. That's because most producers use bland ingredients and make it in huge batches in factories. It often ends up sitting on the shelf for months, losing flavor and getting stale.
Founded by two friends, The Matzoh Project's mission was to make surprisingly delicious matzo. Their goal is to change people's minds about matzo by making it fresh, in small batches with high quality ingredients. The flavor upgrade comes from the use of barley flour, sunflower oil and rosemary extract. While these ingredients may not be kosher for Passover, they enhance the flavor of the matzo so you can truly enjoy the taste of this traditional snack.
