Our salad greens only take a short trip from the farm to your belly either coming from New Jersey or as close as Brooklyn! The farmers use a mix of fresh, local varieties of lettuce which make for spicy, sweet and bitter salad that’s so packed with flavor, you won’t even need dressing.
