How Do Subscriptions Work?

Milk from the happiest cows is used to make these award winning cheeses, crafted by local cheesemakers to highlight buttery, sharp, spicy, sweet, and fruity flavor combinations.

The Problem

Mass-produced, processed cheese is partially not even cheese at all. Nearly half of it is cut with salt, food dyes, preservatives, emulsifiers, and other artificial ingredients to extend its shelf-life, change its texture, and significantly cut its cost. On top of that, the milk often comes from factory farms, where dairy cows are mistreated and given growth hormones to increase milk production, which ultimately requires higher levels of antibiotics.

Our cheese is sourced from trusted local farmers making small-batch milk cheeses. They specialize in cheese made with natural ingredients and milk free of antibiotics or hormones. Our farmers operate with ethics in mind, making for high quality, one-of-a-kind cheese.
