Roasted Plums and Yogurt

September 03, 2020

Roasting plums concentrates their flavor and turns their flesh into a jammy, melt-in-your-mouth experience. We can’t get enough. Whip this up for breakfast or dessert – it’s up to you how indulgent you want to take this!

Ingredients

½ lb plums, pitted and cut in half

Sugar

½ cup yogurt or labne

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

Flaky sea salt

Black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the plums on the pan, cut side up. Roast for 15 minutes.
  2. Once they’ve slightly cooled down, add them on top of your yogurt.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup. Sprinkle with flaky salt and cracked pepper.
