Radish and Herbed Ricotta Tartines

Serves 4



  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 3 tablespoons finely minced chives
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (plus additional to serve)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Thinly sliced radishes (the more colorful, the better!)
  • Sliced bread of your choice



Mix together ricotta, chives, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, until blended. Toast bread and spread generously with herbed ricotta, then arrange radishes prettily on top. Sprinkle with additional olive oil and flaky sea salt.
