Overnight Oats with Fruit & Granola

We love overnight oats because they're easy to make and can be customized to fill any cravings. Banana peanut butter, chocolate strawberry and even pumpkin spice are some popular combinations. Here's our go to recipe but feel free to go wild with the fillings and toppings!



1/2 cup Organic Rolled Oats
2/3 milk of choice (Low Fat, Whole Milk or Oat Milk work well)
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup greek yogurt (optional)
1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 tablespoon local honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
Local Roots Organic Walnut Granola
Seasonal fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, 



    1. Whisk milk and oats together (and other ingredients if using). Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
    2. Close and refrigerate for overnight or minimum 5 hours. 
    3. Top with granola, seasonal fruit and any other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
