Napa Cabbage with Habanada Peppers

Ingredients

5 garlic cloves
3 cups chopped napa cabbage
5 Habanada peppers, chopped
3 tbsp of olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Korean sesame chili sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp hoisin sauce

 

Directions

1. In a pan, heat olive oil. Sauté slivered garlic with habanda peppers for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
2. Add napa cabbage and sauté for 20 minutes until the napa cabbage is soft
3. In the meantime, make the sauce. Combine soy sauce, Korean sesame chili sauce, sesame oil and hoisin.
4. Pour sauce over the cooked Napa cabbage. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
