Melon and Corn Salad

1 melon
2 ears corn (cut off cob)
Handful of green onions, chopped
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp feta
Sea salt and olive oil



1. Slice melon into wedges and plate.

2. In a small pan, combine corn and butter. Sauté for 6-7 minutes.

3. Add corn to melon. Add green onions and feta on top. Sprinkle with sea salt and olive oil to taste.
