Ingredients
1 bunch tatsoi
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions
Chop the stems into thin discs. Roughly chop the leaves or leave then whole if you prefer. Cook the garlic and ginger on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the tatsoi to steam for 2 minutes, saute until wilted for 3 minutes more. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
