Ingredients: Local Roots all natural mushrooms Vegetable Scraps (onion peels, carrot butts, kale stems, etc) Salt + pepper Dash and seaweed (optional)
Method: 1. Make your vegetable scrap broth 2. Strain scraps and return broth to stovetop on low heat 3. Add mushrooms and optional dash and seaweed to broth and cook til mushrooms are tender 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste 5. Add an egg (optional)
