Ingredients
2 cups Local Roots green beans
1 cup fresh garlic scapes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp cumin
Sea salt and black pepper
Directions
1. In a large pot, sauté garlic scapes with olive oil.
2. Add in the green beans, season with salt and pepper, cumin, garlic powder and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat. Add lemon juice and serve.
