Garlic & Seed Crusted Green Beans

Serves 1

¼- 1/2 pound green beans
2 Cloves minced garlic
1 Tbs ground flax seeds
1 Tbs olive oil
½ Tbs hemp seeds
1 Watermelon radish
½ Lemon
Salt to taste 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F
  2. Cut the ends of the green beans and wash thoroughly then put in a bowl and set aside
  3. Mince two cloves of garlic along with flax seeds, hemp seeds, olive oil and salt to taste then mix this mixture into the green beans
  4. Bake the green beans in the oven for 40-45 minutes until crispy
  5. While these are baking, dice up any remaining radish and make a quick pickle by soaking them in lemon juice then use as a garnish
  6. Serve the green beans with thinly sliced watermelon radish and lemon wedges and enjoy!
