Fancy Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Sourdough or sprouted whole grain bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp sauerkraut (fermented, no vinegar used)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Edible flowers from Local Roots salad mix
Directions
- Toast the bread and while it's toasting, smash up the avocado in a bowl.
- Spread the avocado over the warm toast and top with sauerkraut, hemp seeds and edible flowers.
- Take a deep breath and enjoy this fancy avocado toast!
