Recipe by Maddie Rhodes @dont_stop_beleafing.

  • 1 head napa cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • apple cider vinegar or lemon to taste (optional)

  1. Pre-heat your oven to the broil setting.
  2. Cut the napa cabbage into quarters, drizzle with grapeseed oil, sprinkle with salt, and broil of 3-5 minutes, or until slightly charred.
  3. Mince the dill and garlic and add to a small bowl with finely chopped nuts. Slowly add the olive oil, salt and pepper until desired consistency and flavor is reached. If you want to add a little acid, feel free to add a coupe tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
  4. Once the cabbage is charred, top it with the dill vinaigrette, and enjoy!
