Directions 1. The night before, mix together the chia seeds, milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in a large bowl until combined 2. Divide the mixture between three jars or small bowls. Cover and put into the fridge to set overnight. 3. The next morning top with toppings of choice, like cinnamon sautéed quince, pomegranate seeds, and/or coarsely chopped toasted hazelnuts.
