We’ve paired thin slices of black radish with juicy segments of orange (also a winter fruit!) atop creamy, salty feta cheese and golden puff pastry. The radish adds the perfect crunch, while its peppery bite is balanced by the rich saltiness of the feta and the sweetness of the orange. These tarts are quick to pull together for a delicious lunch and look impressive enough to serve as canapes at your next party.
