1. Cut the eggplant in half and with a knife make diagonal slices while keeping the eggplant skin intact.
2. For marinade, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, hoisin and miso. Mix well and brush the marinade on the eggplant.
3. Airfry for 8 minutes, brush the rest of the marinade and cook for another 5 minutes.
