Here are some delicious ways to use broccoli stems:
1. Peel and chop them up for a sauté or stir fry.
2. Blend with oil to make a pesto sauce.
3. Roast in the oven with your other favorite seasonal veggies.
4. Puree into a broccoli soup.
Stop wasting perfectly good veggies and use the entire broccoli head next time.
