Want your ingredients to stay fresher for longer? See our tips here.
When you have beautiful, fresh mushrooms, they’re super fragile so you want to put them in a bag or Tupperware and put a dry paper towel in there to soak up the moisture. Keep the bag mostly closed with a little airflow. Store in the fridge.
Don’t store your milk on the fridge door, because every time that opens, the temperature drops which can make the milk go bad quickly. Make sure you keep the milk in the back of your fridge to maintain the best cold temperature.
Try fresh mushrooms and milk in our online store or at the Market + Café in Carroll Gardens.
