1. Use them as a salad green. Because they’re a little bitter and they’re earthy, we’d recommend mixing with other salad greens like arugula or pea shoots.
2. Sautée like spinach or kale. Add to a stir fry, add to your eggs or any other dish.
3. Steam your turnip tops. It may seem simple and basic but its the healthiest way to eat them. Steam and serve with soy sauce or salt and pepper.
