Our famous Fan Tuan
Fan Tuan is a Chinese sticky rice roll. Watch Wen-Jay explain more about one of our signature dishes here.
It's purple sticky rice on the outside, on the inside is croissant – our own Local Roots twist because our store is in Carroll Gardens Brooklyn, a very French area, so that’s our connection to the neighborhood. It also has our tea egg, cilantro, some pork in the roll, plus our house made pickles, which really jump out in flavor and give it a nice little tang.
Flavor options include:
OG with fluffy, dehydrated pork
Bacon + egg
Vegetarian with umami flakes
Vegetarian with Mapo tofu
