To craft our Pickled Garlic Scapes, we use our own hand-cut heirloom garlic scapes. Garlic scapes are the tender stem of the hard-necked garlic plant. Their flavor is a unique blend of garlic, onion, and scallion in the most delicious way. Pickled in a classic vinegar brine with dill, our scapes are delicious right out of the jar, or enjoyed with a charcuterie and your favorite cheese, add to your bloody marys, or slice to add to an egg salad

Somewhere In Time Farm has found the most brilliant way to use the entire garlic harvest. Normally the tops of the scapes are not saved. They have found a way to make them delicious and sustainable.
Our Food Fix
Flavorful vegetables start with healthy soil. Our farm is perched on a mountain top in Parksville, NY where we grow vegetables with clean air, clean water, and organic growing practices. By enriching the soil with each growing season, we enrich both the land we farm and the vegetables grown, allowing for us to share the abundance of our harvest with our friends, family, and community.
